Roles and Responsibility :
  • To act as a mentor for trainers as well as students, handling their grievances, giving them timely feedback and assessment.
    • To bridge the gap between Parent Department and DCPD, Trainers and DCPD Administration, Students and Trainers, Students and DCD Administration and maintain seamless flow of information and ideas through all the channels.
    • To handle DCPD Debar List, Master Data Maintenance, Handling Debar Students, Releasing Permanent Debar List etc.
    • To handle the team of trainers with diverse roles and responsibilities, fulfilling their administration needs and requirements which are beyond the Trainer's KRA.
    • To adhere the Key Responsibilities Areas and SOP’s of this profile religiously.
Desired Candidate :

Qualification:- Preferably MBA

Experience- 5 years of minimum experience in Team Handling.

Desired Experience-

Team Leader/Asst. Manager of any coaching Institutes where team of teachers/trainers was handled.

Team Leader/Asst. Manager in Bank and dealing with MIS Profile

Team Leader/Asst. Manager in Handling Call Center Operations as a Team Leader/Manager

Team Leader/Asst. Manager Retail Store Manager

Team Leader/Asst. Manager in IT Company
